Is implemented contract management systems based on Directum into MEDOKS

In the summer of 2016 the project on automation of contractual document flow in MEDOKS company started.

MEDOKS is a management company which specializes in the elite real estate and ancient buildings. Has long-term experience in the field of operation of the residential and non-residential real estate. In management of the company there are business centers, complexes of elite apartments, the SPA centers, hotels with a total area more than 500,000 sq.m.

Within the project a project team of implementation we will automate contractual process and also to deal with incoming documents which will create further archive. The project in itself small will also take slightly more than one and a half months. Its end is planned for the second half of September.

Features of work with highly profitable audience introduce certain amendments in business processes of the company and requirements imposed to documentation and speed of its processing.

For conducting document flow up to this point no system was used therefore in addition to the standard analysis and the description business of processes the TANAIS command will have an opportunity to optimize the existing business processes of the customer.

System implementation of DIRECTUM should increase transparency of contractual process, reduce percent of loss of documents, reduce time of approval of contractual documents and also create the harmonious, accurately systematized archive of documents.

From the point of view of structure of stages the project is entered in already usual scheme of implementation of DIRECTUM: analysis of business processes of the customer, development of the corresponding functionality, training of employees and start of a system. In total 20 employees who will work in a system will be trained. In addition, individual training of top management of the company will be provided.

Active participation of the client at all stages of the project should become feature of the project that will allow to increase considerably quality and accuracy of study of business processes of the company.

Implementation in MEDOKS company will become one more project in our portfolio in the field of development, construction and maintenance of the real estate. Experience of implementation in this area allows us not just to implement a system, and to provide to the customer the convenient, relevant and functional product capable to effectively solve assigned tasks.
