On July 21, 2016 the Intelligence Lab company announced workflow automation of the heat power enterprise "Odintsovo Heating System".
Project Tasks
The Odintsovo Heating System enterprise needed to automate document flow processes, to optimize routes of the movement of documents and to accelerate their processing. For achievement of assigned tasks the ELMA system was implemented.
The main selection term of technology - an opportunity to independently create routes of the movement of documents, to quickly change already automated processes without involvement of the developer. For the company the system capability is important to adapt to requirements of business without the need for additional investments in completion or adaptation of IT solution.
Project Progress
The Metaproc company executed:
- setup of the server, installation of a BPM system and the application for electronic document management of ELMA ECM+.
- installation of a packet of ready business processes "Office +".
- training of the system administrator who is on the staff of customer company on the example of setup and maintenance of work of several routes of the movement of documents.
Project Results
Employees began to work in a system almost at once. Accustoming took place quickly. For July 21, 2016 the company works along new routes of the movement of documents which configured independently – in addition to processes in a packet "Office +" or configured at an implementation stage.
Work of large utility company is followed by a huge document flow. Implementation of an automated system allowed to bring order to routes of the movement of documents, to increase the speed of their processing and to increase the level of control over accomplishment of orders within resolutions. Besides, the electronic document management system minimized time for document retrieval and allowed to reduce risks of their loss considerably. |
