OTP Bank and Experian company summed up in July, 2016 the first results of system operation of Hunter Out of Box (HOOB) on prevention of biographical fraud in retail lending.
The Hunter system is built in technology process of bank on fight against fraud and shows good efficiency as an important component of the corresponding strategy. Its use allows to prevent issue to 300 fraudulent credits monthly.
NOOV is developed on a basis the practician on prevention of application fraud in the Russian banks. It represents the module which is built in decision making system, allowing to analyze automatically data on clients from credit requests regarding their reliability and compliance and on the basis of statutory rules to reveal fraud cases already at a stage of the appeal to bank behind the credit. Besides, it is constantly improved analytical product capable not only to prevent fraud forms, already known in the market, but also to be improved in process of detection of new schemes.
In addition to the Hunter system, in OTP Bank the solution Tallyman of Experian providing portfolio management of arrears throughout all cycle of work with the client successfully functions: from early collecting to a stage of legal collecting. The functionality of the solution constantly extends.
