Content

On December 20, 2016 the company Directum announced the project of upgrade of the section of accounting of business trips in EDMS Directum by request Rostelecom integration.

Project Tasks

The task on completion had to help employees to fill out documents on a business trip and to approve them with the direct head and the curator.

The master of actions who helps the employee to fill out correctly documents on a business trip was created and to send them for approval to the head and the curator (the employee who is engaged in execution of tickets and documents on a business trip).

The employee starts fills document fields. The program master creates documents and a task of approval of documents.

After approval of documents by the head and curator a system creates entry in the reference book "Business trips" and attaches to it documents:

Project Results

As a result of upgrade of the section each employee can fill out documents now and approve a business trip. All documents on business trips are stored in record of the reference book "Business trips".

Automation of creation of documents and their approval allowed to reduce labor costs of employees by a design of a business trip.
