"The scientific research institute of epidemiology and microbiology of Pasteur" passed to Directum use

On April 10, 2017 the Galaktika corporation announced implementation of an ECM system in the St. Petersburg scientific research institute of epidemiology and microbiology of Pasteur.

Basic problems of clerical document flow are solved:

• it is recorded the entering, outgoing and internal correspondence;
• work with resolutions and instructions is automated;
• it is controlled onto location of originals of documents and issue of paper copies of documents;
• it is controlled onto performing discipline.

As EDMS the Corporate system of electronic document management of Directum was selected.

System implementation was made by forces of the specialists of institute who were trained to setup and administration of Directum, jointly with specialists of Northwest department of Galaktika corporation that allowed to implement EDMS in the shortest possible time. Now in Directum 30 users work, the project successfully develops, and the management of research institute provided a positive review according to the results of implementation.
