Rosinter Restorants began implementation of ERP

On June 25, 2016 the CORUS Consulting group announced works in the project on implementation "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" in restaurant holding "Rosinter Restorants". The technology will be replicated on all network of holding and more than 300 restaurants assume automation.

Project Tasks

For a long time the foreign technology worked with main system of automation of a back office of the company. The holding had to finish constantly functionality of a system to consider actively growing business needs.

According to the results of market research of ERP systems the management of holding selected the solution of the Russian vendor - "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2".

Search of the partner for project implementation came to the end in two stages. The first stage during creation of technical specifications the command of Corus Consulting managed to show examination on high-quality study of requirements and deep understanding of business processes of the customer. It became the basis for involvement of CORUS Consulting company to system implementation.

The 1C: ERP 2 technology should become a basis for a common information space which Rosinter Restorants will allow employees to obtain quickly up-to-date and reliable data, will exclude need of additional check. With implementation of a single system the company management is going to reduce quantity of IT systems in holding.

Within the project specialists of the contractor should automate the main circuits and blocks characteristic of restaurant business, including:

• merchandising,
• production accounting,
• maintaining declarations on alcohol.

"1C: ERP 2" will become main system of conducting transactions which will connect management of finance in Microsoft Dynamics AX with an ACS of R-Keeper which is responsible for management of the front office of restaurant network.

By means of the developed web interface of the ERP solution employees of the customer will get access to a system from mobile devices at any time that will allow to resolve more quickly arising issues.
