In the Moscow Clinic No. 220 the telephone system is upgraded

The ASM-Integration company, the partner of Panasonic having the status of the Federal technical center completed upgrade of telecommunication network of city Clinic No. 220 of the Moscow Department of Healthcare to summer of 2016. Within the project in medical institution the telephone system based on the IP PBX of Panasonic KX-TDE600 was unrolled.

The majority of addresses and making an appointment to doctors of clinic is performed by phone therefore communication with patients makes a considerable part of working time of personnel. Implementation of modern reliable telecommunication system had to raise efficiency of organization due to automation of routine operations on processing of the entering and outgoing calls and also optimize communication expenses.

On replacement of an obsolete telephone system the highly reliable equipment supporting all modern standards of communication and compatible to the telephone sets of different models installed earlier was required. The ASM-Integration company which won an open tender on implementation of this project proposed the solution based on multifunction office IP PBX of Panasonic KX-TDE600 – optimal based on the ratio of "opportunity/price/quality".

Thanks to the modular architecture KX-TDE600 is easily scaled according to the current and future demands of the company with the minimum costs. The maximum capacity of one KX-TDE600 system can be increased up to 640 external lines, up to 1152 internal circuits and 512 mobile subscribers.

The ISDN Q.SIG protocol allows to integrate automatic telephone exchange of different producers, and IP-VPN connection provides significant economy on calls in comparison with use of services of the external operator of a domestic long distance or international telecommunication on average to 70% (in dependence of rates of the region for IP).

"The automatic distribution system of calls" allows to redirect each call individually by the principle of the smallest cost. And the choice of provider of communication services can automatically change depending on a day of the week or time of day. Basic functions of all modern automatic telephone exchanges of Panasonic - mobile integration and DECT roaming – provide mobility of employees that is very important in medical institutions.
