Heart clinic implemented EDMS

On July 26, 2016 the press service of the company Haulmont announced an implementation project workflow systems THESIS in the international medical center "Heart clinic".

EDMS THESIS it is necessary to provide support of classical document flow of the center, to help to control employee performance, use of premises and the equipment of clinic, to promote work of lawyers, technical service and personnel department.

Project Progress

The THESIS system is put into test operation in IT structure of the customer in June, 2016, in expanded edition on 175 simultaneous connections.

In Heart clinic it is necessary to provide with regular means of a system paperless office-work - processing of the entering and outgoing documents, acquaintance with documents, approval and a statement, substitution of the absent employees.

In addition, a system will help to implement processes of control of work of employees, than will support quality of service for patients. For this purpose it is required to organize interaction of several information systems:EDMS THESIS 1C medical information system (MIS), access control control system (ACS) and corporate messenger Cisco-Jabber.

It is expected that the single system of control of execution of the working schedule by employees, their access to premises of clinic, the notification of employees on the tasks appointed by it to EDMS, calculation of key performance indicators of each employee will be created.

EDMS THESIS will ensure functioning of personnel office-work.
