Biography

Was born on October 10, 1976 in the city of Gerger, (Turkey, the Province of Adiyyaman).

1994 - Dzhabrail Karaarslan arrived on law department of the Istanbul university. Training in higher education institution allowed it to gain knowledge which was used further by it for opening of own business.

1997 - Karaarslan Dzhabrail, cooperating with partners from Russia, opened the first company on rendering logistics services in the territory of the Russian Federation and also the states of the CIS, the countries of Asia. ULS Global is the large holding belonging to Karaarslan. For August, 2016 it is group which render transport and also forwarding, logistics services. Activity of holding is performed in the territory of Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan and also the European states: Germany, Italy, Spain, Finland. ULS Global functions in Estonia and in China. The companies entering into holding execute cargo delivery. At the same time the goal to minimize transportation, financial expenses, to build optimal schemes of logistics, to develop routes which allow to reduce costs and delivery time is successfully achieved.

2008 – Dzhabrail Karaarslan became the owner of Kuzu Airlines. It is the Turkish airline which became further known under the name ULS AIRLINES. For August, 2016 the company successfully carries out the work in the field of air transportation. With active participation of Dzhabrail strong partnership with airlines of such countries as the United Arab Emirates (Emirates Airline), Turkey (Turkish Airlines), Saudi Arabia (Saudia), Germany (DHL), the United States of America (UPS) is improved. The head office of the company belonging to Dzhabrail Karaarslan is located in Istanbul, and its main base is in the Ataturk airport.
