On July 25, 2016 the Weathervane Sale company announced software implementation of contact center of Call Center Infinity in collection company "L-Kollekshn".

Project Tasks

By main products for support of a company performance are selected: the collection Contact system from Luxbase company which solves problems of operational processes of the divisions working with troubled assets, and Call Center Infinity.

As 90% of work of the collection agency are telephone negotiations with debtors, it is difficult to revaluate importance of a right choice of software products for our business. Before implementation of call center of Infinity we used the Asterisk IP PBX with whose operation were not satisfied on a number of factors.

Carrying out search of the new software product, we considered several factors, important for us: presence of all functions, necessary for us, in the boxed solution, ability to integrate with the collection Contact system, reliable technical support, the adequate price. Having estimated all offered options, we unambiguously stopped the choice on the solution Infinity of Weathervane Sale. Process of implementation took place quickly and easy - the employee of technical support himself made installation on the server and jobs. All issues were resolved in the shortest possible time. According to the results of the carried-out works we had a full-function integration with a collection system: a possibility of commission of calls by one click from Contact, call-down of partners using an avtodayler and an answerphone, an automatic raising of a card of the debtor with his history. Very much the intuitive interface executed in convenient graphic forms and also qualitative documentation using which the employee who does not have technical education himself could understand many subtleties of the program was pleasant. We are going to continue further cooperation with Infinity developer and to develop our contact center in a command with professionals.
