Biography

Diaz was born on March 14, 1970.

In 1996 he graduated from Kazan State University.

Since 2000, he served as director at Center Telecom OJSC.

From 2002 to 2004 he worked as Commercial Director of OJSC Megafon.

In 2004, he became commercial director of TVT Television and Radio Company.

Since 2005, he worked as a manager for Tatarstan and Udmurtia at Euroset.

In 2007, he worked as CEO, co-founder of Sabway Volga LLC.

In 2008 - General Director of Vasilievsky Glass Plant CJSC

Since 2007, he worked as General Director of Skylink CJSC.

In 2009, he became Director for broadband access and Business Development of the Kazan branch of VimpelCom OJSC.

Before joining Rostelecom, in 2015, he worked as a commercial director at MTS-Turkmenistan.

In 2015, he was appointed director of a branch in the Republic of Tatarstan of PJSC Rostelecom.

On July 25, 2016, Diaz Nurgalievich Safin worked as director of PJSC Rostelecom in Tatarstan.

Since July 2018, he worked as the head of the regional representative office in the Volga Federal District DAHUA technology RUS, LLC.
