Novosibirsk Plant of Chemical Concentrates (NPCC)

The project on creation of the information management system resources of the enterprise started in 2007. The team of consultants of Asteros and GMCS jointly with specialists of NZHK executed design, development and deployment of a system of SAP. The resource management system supports the following business processes:

• planning and production management; 
• purchase management; 
• inventory management; 
• sales management;
• revenue management and expenses;
• accounting and tax accounting.

During the project consultants of Asteros and GMCS jointly with specialists of NZHK developed and implemented the solution on integration of ERP with the existing payroll system, the system of production shop accounting and the system of design-technology preparation of production. An ERP system was also finished taking into account specifics of production of NZHK. So, the functionality necessary for implementation of industry requirements to accounting of nuclear materials is provided in a system. Besides, consultants together with specialists of the customer developed forms of the reporting necessary for operating activities of the enterprise. Now in the ERP system over 200 users work. It is in the long term going to increase number of jobs up to 400.
