The administration of the Novosibirsk region upgraded MAIS

On July 28, 2016 the BARS GROUP company announced completion of upgrade of a subsystem Hunting of MAIS.

Project Results

BARS GROUP Hunting of the GIS "MAIS" of the Novosibirsk region according to the uniform functional technical requirements to the regional information resource providing reception of applications on issue and cancellation of hunting tickets, their accounting in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation approved in July, 2015 executed upgrade of a subsystem.

Within the project integration with a subsystem "The hub of services" of EPGU is implemented. For application for obtaining the hunting ticket the uniform federal order form of service is used. Now the applicant has an opportunity to select write time on acceptance to the specialist, to submit the application and to come to department only once - behind the ready hunting ticket.

By means of integration with services MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION FMS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION check of existence/lack of criminal record of the applicant and validity of the passport is also executed.

Staff of bodies of the power creates requests directly of a system. Integration with a federal state information system of the pre-judicial appeal helps to receive the complaints connected with violations of an order of providing the public and municipal services from the Pre-judicial Appeal portal (do.gosuslugi.ru).

Integration into the IC Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation for inclusion in the unified register of information on the issued and cancelled hunting tickets is carried out. The functionality for control of procedural timelines for delivery of services on issue of hunting tickets is implemented.
