JSC BELZAN, engineering enterprise, SAP company and its partner ASAP Consulting company announced in the summer of 2016 project completion on the implementing solution SAP Customer Service for management of repair work at the enterprises of group BELZAN.
Due to selection of BELZAN Service repair shop in the impartial legal entity and need of rendering services in repair, both JSC BELZAN, and third parties, the company needed to construct the information system allowing to manage effectively repair work. The ASAP Consulting company put into commercial operation the information management system including the SAP solution Customer Service. In 6 months specialists of ASAP Consulting complemented the existing BELZAN Service system, without its stop, with implementation of new functionality.
This project covered all business processes from planning of repairs before drawing of invoices for payment. The SAP solution helped to reach transparency of accounting of a flow of costs and revenue, including, by types of repair work and customers within the selected period. Besides, a system allowed to carry out timely repair work and maintenance, to achieve lack of abnormal idle times, minimization of cost of elimination of emergency situations.
