Alliance Customs terminals (EME WMS)

In June, 2014 implementation of the Professional version of the EME.WMS system of Alko 4.0 in a new warehouse of Alyans company – one of the largest customs terminals, the distributor of Diadzheo company was complete. The warehouse of 3500 sq.m. (6800 pallets) was automated less, than in two months.

Guarantee of this successful and rapid implementation was harmonious work of specially selected working groups from EME company and the company of the customer.

The interesting solution allowing to use narrow-passage pilers with a possibility of interception of orders from drivers of cows was applied to Alyans company. Also the technology of control of a batch of the selected and credited goods using scanning of an excise stamp was applied by the picker's terminal.

The equipment for the project – data collection terminals of intermec Intermec CK3R and printers of the Intermec PD42 labels - the company of 'EME", the silver partner of Intermec also delivered.

At EME.WMS implementations often long there takes place integration with a corporate system of the customer. In this case it was the system of SAP of DIAGEO corporation.

Thanks to wide experience of interface of "EME" to SAP systems, integration was carried out rapidly - in 10 working days.

Proposing ready-made solutions for the accelerated start of a system, the EME company does not refuse also custom, expected the specific client, developments. For Alyans company works on creation of new report forms, the copaking system, reorganization of batches, acceptance of returns were carried out. All these works were carried out parallel to the main implementation.
