Vityaz automated document flow

On July 28, 2016 the Cognitive Technologies company announced system implementation of management of electronic document management "E1 Euphrates" for optimization of internal workflows "to LOK Vityaz.

Project Tasks

Medical and Improving Complex Vityaz LLC selected the solution of Dochka Cognitive Technologies company^[1].

Until implementation EDMS "E1 Euphrates" in "LOK Vityaz did not use the automated means for management of electronic document management that dragged out processes of mailing, approvals of documents, created difficulties of storage, information search, etc.

To bring the document flow automation equipment to current status to day present, in a medical and improving complex made the decision on workflow automation software implementation.

The important feature EDMS "E1 Euphrates" is a high-speed performance of a system and simplicity of implementation. Unlike similar solutions of other developers, our system does not require long training and can be implemented by forces of the specialist with knowledge of level of the system administrator.
