Kaluga regional college of culture and arts (AlfaDoc)

In January, 2016 in the Kaluga regional college of culture and arts there took place check of Roskomnadzor on fulfillment of requirements in the field of personal data processing. Earlier the college already executed a part of requirements for personal data protection, however documentation developed by own forces did not receive the updating necessary in connection with intra organizational changes and changes of the legislation that would become an obstacle for successful passing of check of the regulator.

Implementation of Alfadoc service was executed "turnkey", i.e. with carrying out expert audit that allowed to be prepared for check qualitatively. Work was performed by specialists of KSB-Kaluga company, the partner of Keysystems Security company in the Kaluga region. In a work progress expert audit of information systems of organization was booked and the complete and relevant packet of organizational and administrative documentation is quickly developed. From the moment of project completion documentation is automatically supported in current status by the built-in functions of service, and the customer had an opportunity to get professional advice in the mode of "hot line".
