On July 29, 2016 the Damascus company announced installation of the management systems for queues (MSQ) in departments of RPF in Yekaterinburg. As technology SUO "Damascus" created by Damascus company is used.

Project Tasks

Management of RPF in Yekaterinburg services about 74 thousand pensioners. Specialists of RPF service pensioners, conduct acceptance of employers, individuals concerning investment, registration in the system of mandatory pension insurance, execution of the certificate for maternity capital, carry out preliminary work with future pensioners.

For acceleration of processes of service the administration of the department made the decision on queue management system implementation. On the basis of the held competition the right of implementation was acquired by SUMMER company, with the solution on the platform of the software Damascus. Using SUO "Damascus" all process of customer service from primary acceptance before issue of documents is organized.

The electronic queue helps visitors of RPF to calculate waiting time or to register the next day and hour. A system helps administration of the department to learn at any time how many people were accepted by each specialist and in what questions they addressed. Heads can control and regulate load of specialists.

For us it is not the first project on implementation of electronic queues. Every day more than one million people from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok use an electronic queue Damascus. More than 7.5 thousand offices across all Russia work under control of our SUO. And today it is one of the most known and checked solutions for state agencies and the commercial organizations.

The solution on the organization of electronic queues from Damascus — a striking example of implementation of innovations in a normal rhythm of life of people. It is that case when technologies become the irreplaceable assistant in ordinary process of interaction of citizens with different instances. It is important that process of the organization of electronic queues is intuitive and simple: people of all age use services of the Pension fund, and involvement of elderly people in use of the modern Internet technologies increasing quality of life is an important social trend for Skolkovo.
