On July 29, 2016 the Terrasoft group and Spektr-Agro company announced the beginning of cooperation in bpm’online sales CRM system implementation project.

Project Tasks

For transfer of processes of customer interaction to other qualitative level, in the company more than 200 managers of sales departments made the decision on use of the CRM system of bpm'online sales in work, marketing and logistics[1].

Action of Spektr-Agro, (2014)

Ready CRM tools and business processes in bpm’online sales will help to manage effectively sales of a wide range of products of the company, to quickly process orders, to control timeliness and completeness of deliveries to clients.

With the help bpm’online sales "Spektr-Agro" is going to ensure effective functioning with clients, convenient selection of products and order placement, flexible planning and control of sales, management of marketing efforts.
