Simultaneous use of industrial scoring and indicator of the current debt load (DTI) allows to speed up work of bank with retail borrowers at simultaneous minimization of credit risks. Indicators of a debt load are unique indicators of retail lending which characterize "debt load" and dependence of private economies on borrowing facilities. At the same time, they are applicable not only to each specific citizen, but also to the whole segments of borrowers. Accounting of new data allows creditors not only to protect itself from borrowers with a high probability of a default, but also to increase activity in work with new segments of potential clients. |
