Oktell Connect: the system of integration of 1C:Enterprise 8 with a communication framework of Oktell

The Oktell Connect system is intended for optimization of processing of the entering and outgoing phone calls in the small, average and large organizations.

This system allows to integrate functionality of a communication framework of Oktell into application solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Distinctive feature of the software product is the possibility of use of a fast, user-friendly and simple interface of a subsystem, oriyentirovanngo on users of 1C:Enterprise 8. Using a subsystem of Oktell Connect the optimization in work of communications with subscribers automating many operator functions, and registration of a perfect call in the 1C:Enterprise 8 system is provided.
