On August 2, 2016 the Borlas consulting group announced development of the information management system the Crop production business direction by request of Kuban agroholding. For implementation of the drawn-up plans of the company used the specialized software package Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One.
Project Tasks
In land bank of holding more than 100 thousand hectares. On these squares production of wheat, barley, soy, corn, sunflower and sugar beet is organized. For improvement of management, implementation international agrarian the practician and the principles of "exact agriculture", improvements of technology processes, in agroholding made the decision on implementation of the information management system.
According to the statement of the companies, the analyzed offers showed absence in the market of the ready-made Russian solutions providing the necessary depth and accuracy of automation taking into account the industry requirements functionally sufficient for ensuring scale of activity of holding. Therefore as a basis of a system selected a complex of Oracle applications JD Edwards Enterprise One for agriculture.
Among the main objectives of a system there is a decision support at all levels due to quality improvement and accuracy of the information, end-to-end control automation by production processes. It is going to transfer to an electronic form process charts, books of history of fields, work plans and other documentation used by agronomists of Kuban in daily work.
In the project progress it is necessary to unify document forms, to provide maintaining necessary reference books. A system will help to control the made decisions within production tasks, including, - accomplishment of technology works in fields, will provide reporting. Afterwards in it the database of indicators of agronomical activity will collect.
A system uses geoinformation services for work with the electronic card of fields. Remote access using mobile devices, from works locations will be provided to agronomists. For implementation of end-to-end processes integration of a management system for crop production with accounting on the 1C Platform, the portal of documentary management, the system of collecting and accounting of meteodata, agricultural machinery monitoring system is planned.
