The Agroros bank started in the summer of 2016 for the clients service of check of partners. Service is implemented on the platform " circuit.focus " from SKB Kontur company and intended for legal entities and SP which use the RBS system.

Before sending payment clients of Agroros bank see up-to-date data about partners. If results of check fill with misgivings (for example, the company stopped activity, has "serious" enforcement proceedings or arbitration claims for large sums), the payer can cancel or postpone payment to find out all circumstances.

"Often the companies check partners before signing of the contract. But if the agreement works long, circumstances at the partner can change. For example, at the time of signing of the contract of case at the supplier went well, and in a year he went bankrupt. The service of check of partners which is built in Internet bank helps without excess efforts to trace information on partners and by that to avoid bad receivables and to reduce risk of failure in a VAT deduction" — Evgeny Ivanchenko, the manager of the "Services for Internet Banks" direction of SKB Kontur company told.

The system of check " circuit.focus " from SKB Kontur is data source. On its base the developer created Svetofor service which can be built in Internet bank or other information system.

While the user of Internet bank creates the payment order, Traffic light addresses the database of " circuit.focus " and requests on a TIN up-to-date data about the partner. It is information from the USRLE (Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs), the register of unfair suppliers, special registers of FTS (the register of the disqualified persons, the register of legal persons with which there is no communication to the specified address, etc.), the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information, the bases of arbitration cases and enforcement proceedings given about government contracts and many other things.

On analysis results the service reports a set of the facts which can influence the decision of the payer on money transfer. Messages are visualized as traffic light signals depending on degree of criticality of information. Interpretation of signals of "traffic light" can be received, having followed the link to a card of the partner.

In August, 2016 service Traffic light is provided in the test mode to all users of the RBS system free of charge. Since September, 2016 the service will become paid and will be connected at the request of the client.
