IT smart systems were applied by RFID technologies to ensuring control of property of the Social Insurance Fund

The IT smart systems Company automated property management of central office of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.

In the conditions of the competition announced by Fund tasks to provide accounting, control of movement and carrying out of more than 15 thousand objects using a specialized software and means of radio frequency identification and also to deliver and set up the equipment necessary for this purpose were set. As a result the tender the IT smart systems company which offered own development – the solution "Won IT - Automatic identification: Accounting of property" in a complex with the equipment for creation and reading of RFID tags: data collection terminals, printers, programmator, RFID gate, etc. The crucial role was played by the speed and convenience of work with RFID tags, unique experience of the company in the field of implementation of RFID solutions and also in automation of accounting and property management.

During preproject inspection and the subsequent adaptation of the solution integration of a system "was performed by IT-AI: Accounting of property" with the End-to-end automated system of administrative activity of Fund (KAS AHD), setup of primary documents and admissions for movement and carrying out of material values to the responsible person in the unified and internal form of Fund and also installation of RFID gate at all exits from the building.

The created system provides accounting of all fixed assets and material stocks of the customer. At the same time the unique identifier, information on which contains in a RFID tag that allows to read out required data without contact, is appropriated to each accounting item. The duplicative barcode, the name, accession and serial number of an object is also applied on a tag. In a system the binding of accounting items on the premises responsible for operation, responsible persons, divisions, etc. Besides, for the purpose of maintenance of relevance of information is conducted double-sided automatic synchronization with KAS AKHD according to the schedule is implemented.

All exits from the building are controlled by RFID gate, united in the general network. It allows, having appropriate authority, to take out the equipment through the next or most convenient exit. A system automatically controls presence of permission to carrying out for a specific accounting item and also the place and time of its movement (bringing/carrying out) through gate.

For system operation of IT smart systems unrolled necessary network infrastructure, connected and configured 8 RFID gate, 6 data collection terminals, 3 printers of barcodes, performed delivery of 20 thousand RFID tags and also trained the staff of Fund in work with a complex.

As a result of implementation Fonda became available to the authorized staff of central office up-to-date information about location of each accounting item, its status, movements and so forth. All this allowed to reduce time of carrying out inventory also significantly.
