The Otkrytiye bank used outsourcing for service of the systems of self-service

On August 8, 2016 the MAYKOR-BTE company announced a victory in tender of Otkrytiye bank on service of devices of self-service.

Project Tasks

For support to the outsourcer the main part of the US park of the customer – more than 1.2 thousand units of the equipment is transferred in 15 regions of Russia.

Under the terms of the contract MAYKOR-BTE it is necessary to execute service of the US multivendor park:

  • ATMs,
  • booths,
  • recyclers

on packets of FLM and SLM (the first and second levels of technical support including complex maintenance and repair). Time of complete recovery of working capacity within the cities should not exceed three hours, for remote objects – no more than 18 hours.
