Within development of the company the management Telekom21 made the decision to create the uniform automated space on sales management, marketing and service, to customer interaction, work with partners, suppliers and also the organization of relationship in the company.
For creation of an automated system the 1C:CRM PROF software product was selected, and for its purchase and implementation Telekom21 addressed to Homnet Consulting. The companies already cooperated earlier - on implementation of programs of 1C for automation of accounting, tax and personnel records.
Implementation of the software product will allow to automate all business processes of the company according to the concept of CRM, including purchasing departments, sales, marketing, service maintenance and service of quality and also to manage business processes at all stages of customer interaction and in the organization.

Project Tasks
Due to the carrying out a large number of transactions of accounting and tax accounting, with need to lower labor costs of employees by calculation and salary accrual, the management Telekom21 made the decision to automate a number of business processes by means of software products of 1C.
