On August 9, 2016 the BARS GROUP company announced implementation of modules of the complete solution "BARS.housing and public utilities": "Housing stock", Regional operator by request of Fund of an overhaul of apartment houses of the Voronezh region, is started the portal of fund.
Project Results
As a result of project completion all cycle of program management of an overhaul – from formation of the program before control of its accomplishment and delivery of the final reporting is automated.
Using the module "Housing stock" the uniform information base of apartment houses in the region with all indicators on each object is created: technical and power characteristics, data on management company, time of the last overhaul and so forth.
Total number of objects in a system – 8 thousand houses.
The module "Regional Operator" allows to keep account of decisions of meetings of owners on a method of formation of fund of an overhaul, to create uniform base of owners of premises, to create personal accounts, to create charge of contributions to an overhaul on each personal account, to consider receipts of contributions to an overhaul and to control use of funds for an overhaul (the reporting and so forth). In a system charges on 450 thousand to personal accounts are executed.
For the first half of 2016 the collecting of contributions to an overhaul in the Voronezh region was 83% of the added amounts that exceeds an average Russian value for 5%.
On the portal owners of premises can obtain information on management company, the planned date of an overhaul, the rendered services, monitor charges and make payment for utilities online, submit addresses.
In the region the base for a regional GIS segment of housing and public utilities is created.
