Bank of Russia (Digital Design: Information System of Collegiate Bodies)

Digital Design has improved the automated voting system for JSC AB RUSSIA. The system can now include additional peer bodies and reach even more users.

Protected Folder System. The meeting solution "of Digital Design provides the bank with a comfortable and stable electronic tool for holding meetings and making collegial decisions, both in person and in absentia.

This solution has been used by the bank since the beginning of 2013. During operation, the application proved to be very useful, first eliminating the need for the bank to spend paper to provide information to the meeting participants, and then providing the opportunity to vote and receive an electronic record directly during the meeting. Also, the introduced solution allows you to conduct a full-fledged absentee voting procedure, assign time for voting, automatically track the decision-making rules and record the opinions of each of the participants in electronic form.

Adapting the system to the processes and requirements of the bank made it possible to achieve good ergonomics of the interface and an optimal set of necessary functions, as a result of which key employees were able to easily start working with the system without any preparation. The system architecture allows the bank to involve users from different regions of Russia and automate the work of various collegiate bodies.

"Secure folder" provides work with heterogeneous types of documents and their correct display on modern mobile devices of the iOS platform. Thanks to a thorough study of technical solutions, the system allows you to use a large amount of information. Downloading data to mobile devices is almost inconspicuous for users of mobile devices, convenient indication of document updates, the appearance of new documents, current voting processes and decisions made is provided.

The security system implemented in the software product allows the bank to use the Secure Folder complex. Meeting Solution "to automate critical areas of peer-to-peer decision-making, as it meets the highest requirements for secure transmission of data over open communication channels, their storage and processing on a mobile device.
