PhosAgro has completed the implementation of the mobile decision "Information System of Collegiate Bodies"

On January 30, 2017, the Digital Design IT company announced the completion of the implementation of the mobile decision "Information System of Collegiate Bodies" ("ISCO") of its own development at the large Russian agrochemical company PhosAgro.

Project tasks

Prior to the implementation of the project, the company's collegiate management bodies interacted through video conferencing, familiarization with materials on the agenda was carried out through electronic mailings, using a network folder and in print. The processes performed by the secretaries, members of the board of directors of PhosAgro PJSC and the committees under it, members of the board of PhosAgro-Cherepovets JSC needed automation. The customer needed a modern and easy-to-use system of information support for the activities of participants in these processes, their access to documents, and the opportunity to participate in meetings using remote access.

Project course

To solve these problems, PhosAgro chose the Russian company Digital Design, which proposed its own solution, the Collegiate Body Information System, which meets all the requirements of functionality, security, speed and mobility.

Specialists of Digital Design conducted surveys of business processes and information systems of PhosAgro, analyzed the needs and wishes of the customer. The results obtained became the basis for the refinement and implementation of the system. You can connect to it through a mobile application on tablet devices with the ability to work online and offline or through a web client available from a browser.

Project result

As a result, a convenient single space was created for the work of the customer's collegial controls.

The solution allows you to work with meeting schedules on an electronic calendar, receive notifications of new events, participate in votes, view the composition of collegiate bodies and necessary information about meetings, including materials in various formats.

Specialists of Digital Design realized the possibility of simultaneously using the developed system with an internal video conferencing information system based on Cisco TelePresence FosAgro-Cherepovets JSC. This allows you to use this type of communication in the working application "ISCO" and implement all the necessary processes in a single space.

The "information system of collegiate bodies" provides for the simultaneous work of more than 100 users. Their access to functionality is distributed according to roles. Also, for convenience of work, the system implemented various directories: "Collegiate Bodies," "Group of Enterprises" PhosAgro "and" Employees. " They are available depending on the user's role and membership of a particular collegiate body.

In May 2016, Digital Design signed an agreement with a large customer - the Russian mining and chemical holding PhosAgro, a leading producer of phosphorus-containing fertilizers, phosphoric and sulfuric acids in Europe and in the world. For him, a large-scale project will be implemented to develop and implement the information system of collegiate bodies. The purpose of the work is to create a convenient single space for the work of shareholders and collegiate management bodies, including from different points of the world. The system is scheduled to be commissioned in September 2016.

Interaction of shareholders and collegial management bodies of the client company is carried out by videoconferencing, as a result of the meetings minutes are drawn up and their distribution is carried out. This process needs automation, which will ensure faster delivery of documents to managers and shareholders, reduce labor costs when organizing absentee meetings and disseminating decisions, as well as strengthen control over the implementation of decisions of collegial bodies.

To accomplish these tasks, it was decided to create a convenient distributed space for the work of members of collegiate governing bodies and shareholders with the possibility of connecting them from different points of the world.

The solution created by Digital Design will ensure the fastest possible delivery of documentation to members of collegiate bodies, reduce the work costs of publishing documents and make working with them more convenient. The introduction of the information system of collegiate bodies will allow holding meetings in the form of absentee voting with the possibility of connecting users remotely and strengthening control over the implementation of decisions.

This is the first project to develop and implement the product of Digital Design CJSC for PhosAgro, which opens up great prospects for cooperation. The project will certainly be large-scale, long-term and fruitful for both companies.
