In Uralgazremont company based on EDMS "DELO" the full stroke of management of documents is implemented

In Uralgazremont LLC (Ufa, the Republic of Bashkortostan) in 2016 "CASE" is complete system implementation of electronic document management. Delivery of the software was performed by the partner of EOS Group Medialux (Ufa). It the customer carried out deployment of EDMS and start to operation by own forces.

The main activity of URALGAZREMONT LLC is engineering in the development area, production and supply of equipment for needs of a heat power complex (gas-distributing units, gas energy installations and also their systems and nodes). The company manufactures the equipment for needs of the oil and gas industry, at the same time the main consumer of its products and services is PJSC Gazprom.

Feature of document flow of this enterprise is existence of high requirements for information security support during the work with documents. The workflow system, thus, had to exclude cases of unauthorized access to the service information and leak it out of limits of the company. According to the technical specifications prepared by the customer in EDMS it was required to implement the following business processes:

• document registration (entering, proceeding, agreements);
• maintaining uniform base of the organizations and contact persons;
• document structuring according to electronic folders (incoming documents, outgoing, agreements);
• naznacheniyeprav access to documents.

At the same time a system had to provide support of a full stroke of management of documents at the enterprise. Feature of the project – the fact that the initiative of implementation of EDMS proceeded directly from company management, and all works – from problem definition before start of a system in commercial operation – the IT service of the customer independently performed.
