Using Axelot: TMS is raised performance of work of the delivery services of Ay-Tiar company

With implementation "AXELOT: TMS" are automated all key tasks of formation of accompanying documents, management of transportations and own vehicle fleet and also interaction with external carriers.

Ay-Tiar LLC is the Russian division of the largest Japanese trading house ITOCHU Corporation. Ay-Tiar LLC is an official partner and the distributor of the largest producers of car tires: Yokohama, Bridgestone, Roadstone, Michelin, Pirelli, Goodyear, Continental, Nokian and others.

The decision on system implementation of automation of transport logistics pursued the aim of performance improvement of work of the delivery services and was caused by a variety of reasons. First, experience and possibilities of the company in this direction reached a certain ceiling. Practical practices in spheres of planning and routing of deliveries, monitoring of process and detailing of information on delivery did not correspond to the growing requirements of the company any more.

Secondly, in the near future "Ah-Tiaras" is going to expand Internet service for sales that, respectively, will increase amount of requests for service of the product delivery.

For implementation a system "was selected by AXELOT: TMS Control of transport and transportations" which allows to provide complex approach to automation of transport logistics of the company and has modern functionality for optimization of transactions of planning of transportations, formation of runs and control of their execution.

The specialists of AXELOT company invited as contractors of the project set up the implemented solution under the current business control circuits transportations, taking into account development of these schemes on the near future. Training of specialists of Ay-Tiar company concerning automated management of transportations was provided the Project team of AXELOT rendered services of maintenance of personnel (delivery drivers) during the period of adaptation to new technology of execution of run by means of the mobile client.

Within the project system "AXELOT: TMS" by means of AXELOT Datareon ESB was integrated with a corporate information system of the company - "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management". Integration not only allowed to guarantee stable and fast information exchange, but also created resources for fast connection of the web portal of the order of goods in the future.

In a project deliverable automated management of transactions was near: management of requests for delivery, planning and execution of runs, control of own vehicle fleet, monitoring of execution of runs, interaction with external carriers and drawing up reports on costs for transportation.

A common information space for all systems used by Ay-Tiar company is provided and also resources for expansion of information circuit are put. Tools for operational obtaining the uniform reporting under the cost of services of delivery are created. The main achievement of the project — an opportunity for the company to be engaged in optimization of logistics at the new level.
