According to the medical director of the German company Fresenius, professor Konstantin Gurevich, the project on start of the center of a hemodialysis is performed within public and private partnership of Fresenius, the world leader in equipment manufacturing and rendering services of replacement kidney therapy, with participation of the compulsory health insurance territorial fund which acted as the guarantor of rendering free medical care for patients.

Opening of the center became possible thanks to support of the governor of the Samara region Nikolay Merkushkin and the regional Ministry of Health.

Speaking at opening of the center, the head of the region noted that the conversation on an object was carried on about three years, and now the project is finished by the company.

"Fresenius came to Syzran to help according to the most modern standards. We understand as far as it is important for people. I am sure, all conditions that they maintained the health are created here and prolonged active life that is the most important. It is also the main task of medical institution"[1].

At the time of opening of the center the help of the center is necessary for 53 residents of Syzran and also residents of the Syzran and Shigonsky districts of the province. Also the people living in other districts of the province and also residents of the Ulyanovsk and Saratov region can receive the help.

On behalf of patients of a word of gratitude to the governor and investors Tatiana Pak said. She noted that thanks to opening of the center people for whom the dialysis help is necessary can receive it, without leaving is far from the house:

"We trust the power and are sure, as other projects, necessary for normal life of people, will be implemented further".

She addressed the separate words of gratitude to doctors: "Thank you that we can lead complete life", - Tatiana Pak told.

After cutting of a red ribbon the head of the region examined locker rooms, the room of meal, the premises for slow-moving people. The chief physician of the center Alexander Emakayev acquainted with the dialysis hall of Nikolay Merkushkin.

He explained that the new center which is in the territory of the Syzran TsGB is equipped with 20 devices "artificial kidney" and is capable to accept on a permanent basis to 120 people on a hemodialysis. Also possibilities of the center will allow to provide up to 70 patients with the peritoneal dialysis which is one more method of therapy.

Construction and equipping of the center was performed due to non-state investments. The standard center is constructed on the German technology where the smallest parts for convenience of patients are considered. For example, the modern system of air exchange completely updates air in premises eight times per hour, it is the share of each patient on 14 sq.m of the area, each place is equipped with monitors for viewing TV. "It has to be comfortable and convenient to patients who undergo the four-hour procedure three times a week during all life", - the chief physician told.

As specialists of the German firm explained, progress of medicine and the modern equipment for a hemodialysis already allows women who have a chronic renal failure, to bear and give birth to children. It was impossible to provide it two decades ago.

Showed the head of the region and "heart of the center" - premises where the water necessary for the procedure undergoes multilevel cleaning. As Alexander Emakayev explained, water and time are the most necessary for the people having a chronic renal failure.

Nikolay Merkushkin also communicated to doctors who will work in the center. The governor first of all interested whether they have an experience. "I ask it because often our previous experience prevents to master modern technologies. Current doctors need to know about what a few years ago they did not even suspect of perfection", - the governor explained.

The personnel answered that work on advanced training is conducted constantly — standards of the German company are so tough that without continuous improvement it is simply impossible to work here.

It was reported that department of a hemodialysis which exists at TsGB will continue to work, but will be concentrated on treatment of sharp patients.
