On August 16, 2016 the company Haulmont announced implementation EDMS THESIS in IT structure SAMREK-Ekspluatation of LLC.
Project Tasks
In July, 2015 for the company there was relevant an issue of workflow automation. The company automation of registration of the entering and outgoing documents, imposing of managerial resolutions, approval of documents and agreements, control of performing discipline interested. Automation of work of 80 people was assumed (60 at head office and 20 - in the region).
For achievement of effective objectives selected EDMS THESIS. The company preferred standard edition of a system THESIS on 25 simultaneous connections and in addition purchased licenses for mobile version of a system for heads.
Project Progress
A system was installed in the organization then specialists Haulmont provided user training and the system administrator. Trial operation of a system began in February, 2016.
Based on trial operation the customer made the decision on building of a system to 50 simultaneous connections.
