AT Consulting: System of design of services

The System of Design of Services (SDS) - a complex it is information also the modules which are technology connected among themselves providing design and administration of public services.

A system gives an opportunity to optimization of the procedure of providing public services, its integration into infrastructure of the electronic government.

The SPU helps users to create independently a configuration of the order of public services, their setup, to place services on the portal, without changing a program code.

Interaction with the SPU is executed by means of the web interface and does not assume installation of additional software on client workstations.

Functionality

• independent transfer of services to an electronic form and further change management of services;
• execution of services and interdepartmental requests;
• integration with the external systems participating in business process of receiving service;
• interaction and receiving up-to-date information from FRGU;
• identification and authentication of users in a system;
• organization of a uniform source of information on attributes of services, their parameters.

Technical requirements to software and the equipment

• workstation:
  • Not less than 2 GHz operating frequency of the processor;
  • Not less than 2 GB of the RAM;
  • Resolution of the monitor not less than 1024×768
  • Operating system: Microsoft Windows XP or above;
  • Browser: Mozilla FireFox 44.0 above, Google Chrome 45 above.
