Product "Infotech: Accounting in KSK" is intended for automation of accounting in the cooperatives of owners of apartments (COA).
This product allows to reflect in accounting charge (document "Charge of a Rent") for the services rendered to KSK on early to the set rates. Rates have different types of calculation, the number of residents, etc. can be calculated depending on the area. Also this solution allows to reflect in accounting payment (document "Payment of a Rent") from owners of premises. Besides, there is a possibility of allocation of costs on houses in proportion to their area, quantity or the amounts.
The specialized reporting is developed for the analysis of debt of owners of apartments. Report: "The sheet on owners of apartments", reflects debt by partners, a type and the amount of the formed debt, also the report shows an overpayment.
Configuration "Infotech: Accounting in KSK" is not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work (not below version 8.3.6).
