History

2016: Searches in connection with theft by deliveries of SAP

On August 22 security service specialists of Ukraine (SSU) and Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine carried out searches in the companies of KM Core holding. The president of KM Core Evgeny Utkin reported about it.

According to the SSU^[1], the staff of service of the Prosecutor General's Office investigates plunder of 62 million UAH of public funds when purchasing the software for the gas industry. In particular, it is about purchase of a SAP software for^[2]. In 2012 the company signed with "KM Tekhno" (is a part of KM Core holding) the agreement: SAP should were provide software, and "KM Tekhno" to set it, to train personnel, to provide trainings and to adjust processes.

Money of SAP, according to Utkin, was transferred, however "Ukrgazdobycha" did not receive software.

According to the statement of "Ukrgazdobychi" which is the basis for zoom-in the software was not delivered. And it is other company, SAP company to which money paid, and did not pay us. The software cannot find the new management, - Utkin at a press briefing according to the results of searches said.

Evgeny Utkin claims that "KM of the Techno" has no relation to delivery of the software which cannot be found now.

In the decision of Pechersk Court of Kiev on this case it is specified^[3]that officials of "Ukrgazdobychi" and "KM Tekhno" "for the purpose of illegal mastering means, by previous concert" entered inveracious data in acts of the performed works on the agreement.

With the mentioned decision of Pechersk Court investigators of the SSU and prosecutor's office broke doors of office KM Core and blocked the third floor of business center on which more than ten companies of holding are placed, Evgeny Utkin told during the press briefing. According to him, investigative actions were followed by numerous violations of the legal procedure and obscene language of arrived.

Staff of prosecutor's office broke into all premises of holding, carried out searches without presentation of the relevant resolutions. Confiscation of accounting documentation of many enterprises and also personal savings of staff of KM Core companies which stored money in office spaces became result of these actions, according to the president of KM Core.

Evgeny Utkin requires from the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine to apologize for searches and to return personal belongings of employees. KM Core notes that unreasonable aggression of security officers in relation to the Ukrainian IT companies became the tradition systemically destroying the investment potential of the technology industry and requires immediate solutions at the legislative level.

2010

Purchase of De Novo company

In September, 2010 KM of Core announced purchase of a controlling stake (99.95%) of De Novo company - operator of cloud computing.

The KM of Core aims to be "fashion-maker" in the field of investment into high technologies. We develop innovations in the world and we can predict that will be necessary for the East European market in the near future. We support the companies separating our vision and implementing the innovation models of business. De Novo is such company, - Evgeny Utkin concerning the transaction said.

Foundation of holding

On September 2, 2010 at an official press conference the head of KM Core Evgeny Utkin announced that in the Ukrainian IT market the new name — KM Core appeared. It, according to statements of heads of KM Core — a new name of Kvazar-micro company. The previous year Utkin redeemed the last at Sitronics.

Actually KM Core represents a control structure, the center of development of solutions. KM Disti companies (is engaged in distribution), KM Techno, KM Ware (software development) and some other were a part of new holding.
