ATOL connected to the Unified State Automated Information System of 200 shops of RITM of 2000 Group

ATOL company and network the retailer RITM of 2000 group ("4 seasons", Difference, "The Tver merchant" manages brands of Telezhka shops) completed the project on implementation of the Unified State Automated Information System (USAIS) on control of implementation of alcoholic products in 198 supermarkets of network.

Let's remind, on July 1, 2016 in Russia the final stage of implementation of the Unified State Automated Information System was completed. Thus, all organizations performing retail sales of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products should be connected to the system of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation and fix sales of alcohol from the first of July of this year.

"In 4 months the project team could implement all complex of works necessary for transition about 700-hundred cash jobs RITM of 2000 in 198 shops of network on new requirements of the legislation regarding regulation of the alcoholic market. At the same time transition to the new software with support of the Unified State Automated Information System was performed quicker than in a month", - the IT director noted RITM of 2000 Auvad Ruslan.

In turn, the director of the department of pre-sale ATOL Yulia Nosova emphasized that jointly with specialists RITM of 2000 we implemented transition from the software "ATOL. A workplace of the cashier" and "Frontol 4" on "Frontol 5" with support of the Unified State Automated Information System; partially updated the park of fiscal registrars and implemented data collection terminals of "Mobile Base". With assistance of DVIGEX company carried out integration of new programs with the CRM system which is at the same time implemented in RITM of 2000 based on SAP.

The project was implemented in several main stages: test researches, start of a pilot project and its approbation, adjustment and additional tuning, preparation of the solution for replication and replication. The last stage as it was mentioned earlier, took less than a month.
