In Russian Field Agroholding the project of centralization of accounting began

Specialists of ERP Department of 1C: April Software began the project on centralization of accounting in Russian Field Agroholding Project framework (which planned dates of implementation 2016 – 1 sq. 2017), includes 7 production sites of Agroholding:

• Poultry Farm Pavlovskaya LLC,
• Agricultural Firm Pavlovskaya LLC,
• Centralnaya Poultry Farm LLC,
• Ptitsevodchesoye LLC enterprise "Diveevskoye",
• Mikheevskoye LLC,
• Ptitsefabrika yasenetskaya Ltd,
• Vozrozhdeniye-1 LLC,

located in the Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir and Saratov regions.

Considerable part of works on the project will have consulting character. At the initial stage examination of an order of conducting accounting and tax accounting at the enterprises of Agroholding is conducted. The Razrabatyvayetsyaoptimalny principle of the organization of document flow for the centralized accounting, an operating procedure of staff of treasury, the principle of separation of information input between the center and the periphery.

As base for project implementation the solution "1C: Accounting of the agricultural enterprise" on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3 as the most full answering to tasks and industry specifics of activity of Russian Field Agroholding is selected.

As a result of project implementation the Customer will get the translation of accounting functions in a new automated system, regulations on work of uniform enterprise accounting and as a result, formation and delivery of the regulated reporting from a new system. Besides there will be an opportunity to improve the HR policy of the enterprise.

The received solution in an effect is going to be scaled for other enterprises of holding.
