Integral filters of a very high frequency range are the miniature temperature-compensated crystal oscillators and integral filters created on SMD technology (Surface Mounted Device is the device mounted on the body).
On August 24, 2016 the press service of Ruselectronics holding announced the beginning of release of miniature temperature-compensated crystal oscillators and integral filters of a very high frequency range.
Integral filters of a very high frequency range are held for use as frequency-selective devices in input circuits and paths of an IF of signal equipment, telemetry, management, navigation, etc.
Crystal oscillators are developed in JSC Omsk Scientific Research Institute of Instrument Making and executed on the basis of the dedicated domestic integrated circuit.
They have the big range of the generated frequencies (2.5 - 100 MHz), high stability, small dimensions (9.3х7.3х2 mm) and energy consumption. Supply voltage of generators from 2.75 V to 5.5 V, the consumed current – 2.5 mA (20 MHz), 10 mA (100 MHz). Temperature stability: in the range from 0 °C up to +50 °C makes ±1∙10-7, from -60 °C to +85 °C makes ±1∙10-6. Long term stability - to ±5∙10-7 in a year.
Integral filters of a very high frequency range are executed on the basis of the three-dimensional structures created using low-temperature, the ceramics jointly burned that provides small dimensions, high resistance to the external influencing factors and reliability. Range of rated frequencies – 120-7600 MHz, range of implementable relative bandwidth – 10-100%, the entered attenuation in stop band no more than 2-6 dB, the guaranteed relative attenuation in stop band not less than 30 dB.
It is necessary to recognize that developers of hardware of communication were forced to address import because of mismatch of domestic component parts to modern requirements, including for mass-dimensional indicators. At the same time, microelectronic devices contain information on frequencies of radio exchange in structure of the equipment and are crucial elements in terms of protection of the transmitted data. We had to close this space. |
According to the statement of the company, the line of miniature devices of selection and generation of frequencies will help to substitute a number of import microelectronic elements in the Russian radio engineering systems. In particular, to replace products of companies Epson, CTS Corporation, Golledge Electronics Ltd, Jauch, Fox Electronics, Mini-Circuits.
