Earlier maintaining different types of accounting in Energotekhnika was organized using separate software products and spreadsheets. Such situation ceased to correspond to requirements of upcoming business.
The unified information system which would allow was required for the management of the enterprise:
- In real time to obtain information on the movement of inventory items and volumes of assets.
- Provide transparency of accounting and tax accounting, plan tax payments.
- Simplify control of receivables.
- Organize effective logistics.
- Plan sales.
- Carry out the accounting of the equipment of clients and its service, store the personified information on technical condition.
- Trace quantitative indices of activity of the company for building of a system of motivation of employees.
- Keep management accounting.
After the analysis of a number of domestic and foreign software products for complex control automation and accounting, Energotekhnika selected 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8. For implementation of the software product specialists of the company of data center "Softservice" were invited. During the project they booked audit of business processes of the customer, executed necessary completions of a standard configuration under specifics of the enterprise.
All main business processes of the company are as a result automated. A new system covered 143 jobs. Now it is used in service of sales, marketing department, accounting, commercial service, in warehouses, in supply service, customer service, department of production of cartridges, the center of operational printing, in office, personnel department and in all divisions of branch in Magnitogorsk.
Personnel training of Energotekhnika LLC to work took place in 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 on the rates which are specially developed by specialists data center "Softservice".
Now a system is supported by IT department of Energotekhnik using a command of data center "Softservice".
About advantages which the information system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" gave to the company, the Deputy General Manager for Economics and to finance of Energotekhnika LLC Carriage Yakov Markovic tells: "Earlier for obtaining information on a financial result it was necessary to make considerable efforts. Account was kept in 7 different bases, a large number of time for receiving general information on holding was required. After implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product we could trace information on stock balance and cash flows to the day, to manage effectively settlement with partners, to automatically create declarations on the VAT and income tax. Data of balance began to occupy the minimum quantity of time. Automation considerably lowered the cost level and increased efficiency of the decisions made managerial. One of important results of work of the unified information system of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 - us was a fraud established fact which consisted of 53 episodes of plunder of property. Further a system allowed to strengthen control of commodity-money flows. Training at rates of "The center of the certified training" was one of important points of implementation, specialists of data center "Softservice" told about standard program capabilities and showed subsystems which were developed for our company".
