Izhtrading automated control of the budget

On September 1, 2016 the BR Consult company announced end of a stage of works on "Automation of budget control" in TG "Izhtrading".

Project Progress

During the course of performance works business process in EDMS Directum on development of a possibility of approval of agreements regarding automation of budget control is created.

The solution helped to organize the instrument of budget control at the enterprise TG "Izhtrading": identification of deviations of financial performance from planned.

With process implementation management of the company has a possibility of operational solutions and influence in work of the enterprise, the actions made in production and implementation of finished goods, maintaining documentation.

Partners paid special attention:

• to accomplishment of articles of the budget cash flow statement for identification of deviations
• the reasons signaling about improvement or deterioration in a financial status of the enterprise
• need of reaction by the management of the enterprise.

IT management in TG Izhtrading is organized not to the platform EDMS Directum and allows to plan activity, to control execution of the developed budgets.
