In September, 2016 Technoserv Group announced creation of the new product intended for information support of processes of oil production – a corporate system of data management of the Tekhnodata oil companies.

Business processes at the energy industry enterprises consist of a set of separate levels: exploration works, operation of fields, production and oil refining, production and implementation of fuel. On each of these stages of the company gradually implement diverse IT solutions under specific needs of specialists of all links of a technology chain. Besides, functionality of Tekhnodat gives the chance to increase effective management of prospecting projects and assets, licenses and stocks and also to perform support of development and arrangement of fields, monitoring of well-drilling and control of petroservices.

According to developers, the product is created as the competitor to foreign analogs, such as solutions InnerLogix, Studio and ProSource of Schlumberger company, and also PetroBank of Halliburton company^[1].

Tekhnodat by means of specialized connectors it is connected to all main sources of corporate information. At the same time indexation of the structured and unstructured data is executed and the possibility of their almost instant detection is provided. For end users at the same time ample search opportunities, visual representation of cartographic information, a preview of files and formation of statistical and analytical reporting are provided.

Similar search systems on electronic archives of information become more and more demanded among mining companies worldwide and are successfully applied as national banks of data of licensing on carrying out exploration and development of fileds.
