In September, 2016 Bell Integrator registered a product of own development: "Monitor program and managements". Certificate on state registration of the computer program No. 2016610334.
The OSS system developed by Bell Integrator is a "turnkey" product. The solution allows to manage IT infrastructure of the enterprise, to build an ecosystem of data, to automate and optimize business processes. The Bell Integrator OSS system assumes several advantages, such as: decrease in operating costs, prevention of emergency situations, the centralized control of all IT infrastructure.
The monitoring system and managements comprises five components directed to the solution of different tasks: monitoring subsystem faults, subsystem of monitoring of performance, subsystem of collecting of inventory information, subsystem of the reporting and web portal.
The solution Bell Integrator gives the chance in real time to collect and process data on different operation parameters of any equipment used in the companies of different sectors of economy. The module of management of faults establishes the root reasons of accidents and automatically transfers this information to incident management level. Thanks to the performance management module a system analyzes the possible reasons of degradation of services and creates accidents in a management system for faults. The subsystem of collecting of inventory information provides accounting of the equipment and identification of the root reasons of accidents. The subsystem of the reporting provides analytical reports on accidents, performance, changes in infrastructure.
At design of the solution Bell Integrator the principles of horizontal and vertical scaling are underlain that allows to implement it in infrastructure of any scales. In a system there is a data bus which allows to be integrated easily into the existing processes at the enterprise. A system has a huge number of adapters for the different equipment.
