A&T of the Kaluga region ordered the project of automation of the regional operator of an overhaul

On September 5, 2016 the Etton company announced the agreement on automation of the regional operator of an overhaul in the Kaluga region. Project orderer agency of information technologies of the Kaluga region. The project should be implemented on the platform "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities".

Project Tasks

Etton is going to implement six standard modules, in structure:

• "Monitoring of housing stock",
• "Formation of regional programs",
• "Overhaul",
• Billing center,
• "Web portal"
• "Claim and claim work".

Within the project the project management module which is possible for using separately from the Region system^[1] is developed for the customer^[1]. It will provide control of projects of any complexity and at all stages - from a planning stage before end.

The company already started execution of works and now carries out updating of information on apartment houses of area with unloading to uniform base. It is supposed that system implementation of an overhaul will solve several main objectives of the industry:

• will provide transparency of activity of market participants,
• availability of up-to-date information about a status of housing stock,
• control of all processes in a housing and utilities sector,
• creation of open electronic platform for citizens and the power.

Citizens can trace a status of accounts by means of a uniform informational portal of an overhaul. Owners will receive data on characteristics of housing stock and programs of an overhaul.
