Management of the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania on state procurements started process automation of purchases

On September 6, 2016 the BFT company announced the project by request of management of the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania on carrying out government procurement regarding creation in the region of the automated control system for the public and municipal procurements.

Project Tasks

According to plans of project participants, the ATsK-Goszakaz system should integrate participants of purchasing process of the region, including nine municipal entities of the republic.

Automation of purchasing activity according to Federal law 44-FZ in the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania is directed to quality improvement and effective management of the public and municipal procurements of the region. In the single system "ATsK-Goszakaz" participants of purchasing process of the republic will work:

• departments of GRBS and PBS,
• customers of the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania,
• municipal customers of eight municipal districts and one city district – Vladikavkaz.

Processes of purchases, performances of contracts, monitoring and audit in the field of purchases will be automated according to requirements of a contract system. The authorities, the public and municipal authorities of North Ossetia working in "ATsK-Goszakaz" will be able to interact with EIS in the field of purchases regarding information exchange, necessary for information support of purchasing process according to Article 4 of Federal law No. 44-FZ.

Project Progress

For September 5, 2016 experts of the contractor carry out the analysis of paper document flow and the forms used during process control of purchases in the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania. At the subsequent stages it is going to implement, set and configure the functionality "ATsK-Goszakaz", to hold consulting seminars for administrators and users on work in a system.
