SandSoft: Mini-hotel

Configuration "SandSoft: Mini-hotel" it is intended for automation of accounting in hotels, sanatoria, hotels and holiday houses. The solution is focused on the simplified accounting providing basic operations on accommodation of guests, rendering services and acceptance of payments.

Features and program capabilities:

Accommodation of guests and room reservation:

• room reservation;
• accommodation of guests, resettlement and departure;
• maintaining card file of guests, data storage and history of accommodation;
• report generation on the living guests, the planned arrivals and departures.

Accounting of the provided services:

• planning and accounting of the services entering accommodation rates;
• planning and accounting of the additional services rendered to the guest;
• rendering services to third parties;
• support of the seasonal change in price;
• providing discount rates.

Conducting settlement:

• acceptance of payment for the provided services in cash and non-cash payment;
• control of debt on certain guests until their departure (the simplified mechanism of settlement);
• obtaining information on the reflected payments;
• connection of a fiscal registrar for carrying out cash payments.

Configuration "SandSoft: Minihotel 6.1" is not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.6 for its work.

The product provides a simple and user-friendly interface of the user, the majority of transactions are executed of Checkerwork using a mouse.

The configuration is protected from illegal use and has the fragments which are not subject to change by the user.
