On September 6, 2016 the East company AT Consulting announced Smart Center system implementation in the multifunction centers of Kamchatka Krai.
Project Progress
IT development is put into operation in 32 regional offices of MFC "My documents". The Smart Center system accelerated work of the operators conducting reception of citizens.
A system "remembers" data of each citizen and at repeated addresses enters information in the necessary form without participation of the person. The operator needs only to print the statement and to receive the signature of the applicant - duration of the procedure of reception of applications was reduced several times. Less time is required on consultation of citizens. The expert system helps operators to find the information required on any service rendered to MFC.
On monitors in MFC of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky the load of receive windows at all city offices "My Documents" is displayed. Seeing the broad picture, citizens can select for visit office with smaller loading. As a result flows of visitors are distributed more evenly, the average time of waiting in queue is reduced. During the project the Smart Center system is integrated with "hot line" of MFC - at an incoming call from the mobile phone a system automatically determines the personality calling and these persons, including the history of requests for state services are brought to the monitor of the operator.
Project Results
The efficiency of the notification of applicants about readiness of documents increased. The notification is automatic, sending personal notifications by the SMS or e-mail. Integration of Smart Center into the gosuslugi.ru portal allowed inhabitants of the peninsula to control the course of consideration of the applications in a personal account on the portal of state services.
As you know, the most valuable resource of life is time. IT solutions of our company allow to save it when receiving state services. It is extremely important for life of each person, but a bigger value has it within all society. Now we develop solutions which will allow to preserve time in similar wide scales. One of them – the module "MFC for Business". It gives the chance to accelerate interaction of the state and the enterprises, doing more effective their work and economy in general. The solution already passes test in a number of regions. I hope, in the short term we will be able to implement it and in Kamchatka Krai. |
