Salavatneftekhimproyekt implemented software of preparation of the project documentation

On September 6, 2016 the Eplan company announced an implementation project of a software platform of EPLAN in PJSC Salavatneftekhimproyekt company.

Project Tasks

The company projects again based and reconstructed productions of oil processing and petrochemistry across all territory of Russia. Change of the owner of the company in 2014 caused the program of upgrade of institute. One of the main strategic objectives of the new management - quality improvement of the project documentation due to workflow automation^[1].

Our command behind shoulders has a rich experience of implementation of a CAD – AVEVA PDMS, Intergraph SmartPlant 3D, Tekla Structures, E3.Series. Considering the current realities, process automation of development of technology schemes and design of instrumentation and automated control systems is extremely important task for which solution the software platform of EPLAN was selected. This software environment attracted first of all with existence of specialized tools to work of electricians, instrumentation and automated control systems and technologists within a uniform information field. Also the solution was influenced by experience of the Russian companies. For example, NIPIgazpererabotka (leading design institute of Sibur company and the general contractor (EPC) in the project of the Amur GPP) applies a software platform of EPLAN for a long time, and the work perspective in future joint projects in unified information environment of EPLAN is serious advantage in interaction of participants of large projects. Project Progress

The pilot project on the EPLAN platform began at the end of February, 2016 and on its implementation 3-4 months were allotted. Works finished at the end of June, 2016 because of high loading of institute and to derivation of specialists on the current projects.

In the course of implementation 7 people took part (from them - 2 heads of divisions): two specialists from technologists, two specialists of department of a CAD, three specialists of instrumentation and automated control systems.
