Tenders Relationship Management (TRM) is a tender CRM system for control automation by the tender direction and control of process of participation in procurement.

On September 7, 2016 the BiCo company provided on the market a cloud service for management of tenders - Tenders Relationship Management.

Tenders Relationship Management (TRM) is created especially for the companies which are actively participating in the tenders having own tender department or departments in different regional branches.

A system solves problems and problems of management:

  • provides the complete information about the tenders which are carried out in Russia and the CIS, the state and commercial customers;
  • analyzes tenders and allows the user to estimate chances of a victory in them;
  • systematizes information on the purchases selected by the user;
  • allows to work along with an unlimited number of employees and departments;
  • helps to distribute and control quickly loading between employees, to set tasks and to check their accomplishment;
  • automatically conducts and saves the history of participation of each employee in the tender;
  • conducts and saves statistics of participation in a type of tables and diagrams, gives the chance to print them;
  • quickly notifies on all changes and events which took place in a system;
  • allows to conduct communications between employees online, saves correspondence.

Our work experience in the tender sphere and daily partner interaction were prompted that the special process management system of participation in tenders is extremely necessary for the companies which actively participate in purchases. Especially it concerns the organizations having branched structure with several divisions or branches. Every day we see how clients conduct on paper the activity on purchases: all records separate, in a set of plates and schemes it is easy to get confused even to the one who fixedly monitors process of participation of the company in tenders, manages it. Some organizations employ in staff of the certain specialist who is engaged in all this paperwork. It not only huge costs of time and forces, but also financial burden. We thought: why not to facilitate life to such companies and not to create a specialized tender system in which all base, all history of participation of the company in purchases will be stored all processes, participation stages will be displayed. Especially as at the moment the main trend in the tender market is the gradual failure from paper procedures and transfer of all purchases to an electronic format.

TRM collects all information on participation in procurement in one place. It allows to see the broad picture of participation of the company in tenders, to make the decisions connected with participation process quicker. The patented module "Analytics" integrated into a system reduces an error probability as allows the user to find in read minutes all information on the customer, competitors, the industry and directly purchase.
