Consulting company "BMP Logic" (IT business process MegaFon Group ") executed the project on improvement of an output to the market of new products for the company.
Operational efficiency of modern telecommunication company depends including on terms of development and an output to the market of new products and services. A large number of divisions and branches of the company so the quality of their interaction becomes an important factor participates in this process. Not accidentally one of leaders of telecom industry, MegaFon mobile operator, decided to analyze in details the business process of an output to the market of new products. For this purpose he invited consultants from Logic of VRM company.
As usual, the project on improvement of business process begins with identification of problems and problem definition on improvement. After holding 11 interviews with participants of process "Management of a new product" the diagnostic seminar at which consultants together with responsibles from MegaFon simulated process "took place as is", defined its "bottlenecks" and created process suggestions for improvement. For five main subprocesses of this business process detailed modeling "was executed as should be".
The project is executed in 2 months. Such efficiency was promoted by high degree of the involvement into work of staff of MegaFon at all stages. Further MegaFon will be able to conduct works on improvement of processes independently, attracting external consultants only to audit.
On the basis of the created process models working regulations which will allow the employees participating in process to execute business process with maximum efficiency will be created.
